LA CAZA
En cuanto a la fauna, los VENADOS,y los MUFLONES son los representantes más característicos en la zona, estos, junto con el jabalí, constituyen los trofeos de caza mayor más frecuentes.
Los recechos de venado y gamo se pueden combinar con la caza del muflón, ya que la finca dispone de una excelente cantidad de animales de gran calidad, siendo frecuente el abate de animales medallables.
De entre los mamíferos carnívoros, se tiene constancia de la presencia del lince, aunque su población debe de ser muy reducida. Otras especies más abundantes, si bien esquivas y difíciles de ver son el zorro, la jineta, el turón, el tejón, el meloncillo, el gato montés..Sin embargo, las aves son el grupo de vertebrados más abundante en el Parque. En este encuentran refugio especies tan interesantes como el águila imperial, el buitre negro, el mirlo o la cigüeña negra
Águilas imperiales ibéricas, reales y perdiceras surcan el cielo, junto con la perdiz autóctona de Sierra morena, También son habituales aves carroñeras como el buitre negro y el leonado. Entre los mamíferos ungulados, como el ciervo y el jabalí, son habituales.

JABALÍ
El JAVALI es la pieza mas deseada por los monteros. Tanto es así, que ha relegado al ciervo, al gamo y al muflón a un segundo plano. Es tal la pasión que desata este suido que cada año se organizan más monterías y batidas en las que es la única especie abatible.
